The energetic frequency of Green Tea

I love the smell and taste of coffee, I always have. My grandmother, mother, and aunts used to sit around the kitchen table drinking it. As a small child, I peered over the table and watched them smile as they lifted the warm cups, full of dense liquid swirled in cream, to their lips. I grew up with it. It got my through college, my early morning waitress shift at the diner before high school, long drives home, late nights pushing a writing deadline and just a day to day. My mother indulges in an after dinner cup. My sisters and I, join her, each with a cup in hand that radiates heat into our palms. Recently I found myself drinking, sometimes 4,5,6,7 cups a day, I decided to switch to green tea and it has changed everything!

Benefits of Green Tea:

  1. Caffeine boost without the jitters: Green tea has around 24-40 ml of caffeine, as compared to a cup of coffee, which averages 95-200 ml

  2. Easier to focus: Green tea contains an amino acid called L-theanine that helps the brain. The combination of caffeine and L-theanine improves brain function and the ability to focus.

  3. Easy digestion: There's is less acidity in a cup of green tea than coffee

  4. Massive Health Benefits: Promotes weight loss, stimulates the digestion, lowest cholesterol, regulates glucose levels and reduces the risk of cancer.

  5. High vibration frequency: According to a RFI recording coffee comes in at 534.49MHz and Green tea comes in at 658.32Mhz. Also, considering that green tea contains Thiamine (b1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, and Sodium. I feel like I am riding on high and loving it.

I say this over and over again, but it is the basis of my teachings: we are energetic beings that reach out into the world attracting other energetic frequencies, that can either raise or lower the baseline of our frequencies. Food is the direct correlation of raising or lowering our baseline.
